Do I need a business address in Ljubljana?
For AJPES registration, a valid address in Slovenia is enough. It does not have to be in Ljubljana. You can use a Celje address even if your clients are elsewhere.

How does a seat or address change work?
We prepare the contract and certified owner declaration. You then complete the change at SPOT; by agreement we provide instructions or basic help. A visit to our office is not required.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes, with notice by the end of the current month (details are in the contract). On cancellation you must change the company business address at SPOT. While Kidričeva 24 remains your registered address, or until the agreed notice period ends, the subscription still applies. Mail handling and use of the address are not included after the cooperation ends.
Do you also offer accounting?
